摘要
通过对武钢现场高炉渣的性能测定,探讨了炉渣主要成分对炉渣粘度、脱硫效率等性能影响及原因,指出了炉渣中合理MgO含量及碱度,据此提出了针对武钢各高炉的合理造渣制度。
The influence of main chemical compositions of the BF slag on the properties of slag such as viscosity and desulphurization rate as well as the causes are discussed on the basis of actual site measurmnt and evaluation of the blast furnace slap in WISCO, and the appropriate content of MgO and alkalinity in the slag determined, and the reasonable slag - making schedule also put forward in light of the actual conditions of the blast furnaces in WLSCO.
