介绍了鄂钢转炉生产的工艺情况，详细说明了转炉电控系统改造用PLC和交流变频器对倾炉和氧枪进行控制的主要功能和实现方法。
This paper introduces the production processes of the converter and describes the detail of the reform of the electrical control system of the converter and the principal functions of PLC and AC frequency converter in tilting the fumace and controling the oxygen lance and pointed out how to put into effects the reform plan.
