摘要
本文介绍了一种主要用于轻型轿车的新型减振器的设计方案,它采用高性能永久磁铁的磁场作为弹性介质,是一种很好的非线性弹簧,可根据负载自动调整刚度特性及车身高度.分析比较表明,它的综合性能优于螺旋弹簧和油气弹簧振器,能进一步改善汽车的行驶平顺性.
In this paper, a new devised automobile buffer is introduced. The buffer uses constrained magnetic field as its elastic media,its rigidity and the height of the automobile can be adjusted automatically. The structural and control design scheme and its operation mechanism of the buffer are presented. The vibration isolation capability of the magnet-suspended buffer is compared with liquid-air and coil ones, it is shown that the suggested buffer has good nonlinear elastic property and further improvement of the quality of ride will be obtained.
