摘要
传统的由齿轮链传动的滚齿机难于加工大于100的大质数质数齿轮,而滚切斜齿大质数齿数、大模数齿轮就更困难,且生产率十分低。本文提出的双重差动齿轮机构能有效地实施大质数齿数齿轮的分齿运动,大大提高生产率,并且只需配备相当于传统滚齿机1/2的交换齿轮就能满足250以下所有齿数齿轮的分度,显然这是一种很有价值的分齿机构。
The traditional hobbing machine with gear trains is difficult to cut the gear of more than 100 prime number of teeth. Furthermore,it is more difficult to cut the gears of prime number teeth and helical teeth,or the large module,the productive rate is very low. In this paper,we report on the differential gear device,which can effectively fulfil the indexing procedure of the gears of prime number teeth and enhance the productive rate greatly. In addition,the machine can cover all gears whose index are lower than 250,if it is armed with half of the changing gears of traditional hobbing machines. Apparently. the new indexing mechanism is a valuable device.
