摘要
现有环境承载力在概念、内涵及量化方法上,都存在一些有争议的地方,值得进一步研究。针对这一现状,首先把生态服务功能的概念加入环境承载力中,把环境承载力的内涵定义为由多维度综合向量合成;其次,介绍具有专家决策及统计学分析优点群组决策法,将其引入计算环境承载力的指标权重;再次,在现有环境承载力指标体系尚无统一定论的基础上,尝试建立评价指标体系;最后,以佛山市为基础进行研究,检验方法的可行性。
Measuring Environmental Carrying Capacity (ECC) provides an efficient tool to research the ECC. There were contre~,ersiat points such as concept, connotation and quantitative methods in the study of Environmental Carrying Capacity (ECC). Based on the situation, first- ly, put the ecological services to the concept of ECC, defined the connotation of ECC as the vectors which had multiple dimensions; secondly, used the group decision which combined the advantages of expert advice and statistical analysis to measure the ECC; thirdly, on the base of that, there were not unified standard in the existing index system of ECC, thus, tried to build up the index system of ECC. Lastly, chose Fos- han City as a case to research the application of the new quantitative methods of ECC.
