马尾松毛虫成虫复眼转化与上灯规律的研究 被引量:2

摘要 通过对成虫复眼的转化、电生理测定、蛾夜间羽化后对光的反应行为以及性信息素释放的活动规律等因素的观察,发现松毛虫蛾在全暗环境条件下,复眼的转化较为一致。由日眼转到夜眼所需的时间为40分钟,在自然环境条件下则需要1小时。蛾复眼在转化过程中对光敏感性逐渐增加,刚完成暗适应后的1小时内,对光极其敏感,趋光行为特别活跃。经过长期暗适应的蛾一般产生避光反应。 松毛虫蛾在一夜间有两次扑灯高潮,入夜后一小时内扑灯的第一次高峰是由于复眼在转化过程中对光产生敏感所引起的;第二次高峰主要是由于性信息素释放后使蛾产生性激动所引起的。 This paper deals with the causes of two Peaks in number which the pine caterpillar moths flight toward a lamp during a night. The observation was carried out on the transformation of compound eyes. The electroPhysiology has been made on the change in photosensitivity during the couse of dark adaptation in the compound eyes. The observation has also been made on the response to the light after moths emergence and the activity regularity after the sexual pheromones release and so on. It has been found that the transformation of the compound eyes was nearly at the same time. It needs 40 minutes when the day-eye changes to the night-eye in the complete darkness and one hour in the nuture environment. The photosensitivity of the compound eyes was increased when the day-eye changed to the night-eye. After a long adaptation, photosensitivity of compound eyes was reduced and the moths refused to fly toward the lamp. The experiments indicate that the first peak of the pine caterpillar moths flighting toward a lamp was caused by transformation of compound eyes during the night and the second Peak was caused by the sex pheromones releasing.
