摘要
以水稻广亲和品种为双亲之一配制的15个籼粳杂种及其亲本为材料,测定了碾米、外观、蒸煮和食用品质及蛋白质含量,分析了杂种品质表现的特点及与亲本的关系。灰色关联度分析表明:供试籼粳杂种品质性状均数的综合表现不及汕优03,但有些组合,如鄂宜105/培矮64等的品质表现明显优于对照或与之相当。说明通过适当的亲本选配,可以获得品质比较理想的籼粳杂种。
Studies on the grain quality characters of 15 hydrids between indica and japonica and of their Parents showed that, most of F1 hybrids were the intermediate grain size, the chalkness area of them was larger, the ratios of the milled rice and the head rice were lower than that of their parents, all of them were the soft gel consistensy, and they mostly were the type of low amylose content and high gelatinization temperature, their Protein contents were similar to that of their Parents.The amylose contents of the wide comptible rice varieties were below 10%. The results of Grey Relational Grade Analysis indicated that the relational grade of the average of each grain quality character in F1 of indica/japonica was smaller than that of Shanyou 63, but some hybrids had a higher relational grade such as Eyi 105/Peiai 64, their qualities were superior to that of Shanyou 63.
