摘要
[目的]建立简单可行的葛根药材质量评价新方法。[方法]在进行方法学考察的基础上,采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)指纹图谱法分析不同产地葛根的指纹图谱,并采用相似度分析对不同产地的葛根药材进行了质量评价。[结果]测定了不同产地葛根药材中葛根素和大豆苷元2种有效成分的含量。不同产地的葛根药材质量差异较大,通过指纹图谱研究及相似度分析可以从整体上对葛根的质量进行评价。[结论]HPLC指纹图谱分析法可以为葛根药材的质量鉴别与质量控制提供可靠的依据。
[ Objective ] To develop a new and easy quality evaluation method for Radix puerariae. [ Method ] Based on the methodological study, the HPLC and similarity analysi method were adopted to respectively analyze the fingerprint and evaluate the quality of Radix puerariae from dif- ferent places. [ Result] The content of puerarin and daidzein in different Radix puerariae samples were determined, it was discovered that the quality of Radix puerariae varied largely from place to place, through fingerprint study and similarity analysis, the quality of Radix puerariae could be comprehensively analyzed. [ Conclusion] HPLC fingerorints provided reliable suDoort for the aualitv evaluation and control nf Radix puerariae.
