摘要
在研究无铬的铁镍钴基超合金中的γ’相分析时,我们发现了该合金中的γ’相可以在氯化物水溶液中定量提取。本工作进一步证明,K13铁镍铬基超合金中的γ’相也可以在氯化物水溶液中定量提取。这种方法获得的γ’相提取量远较传统的含氧阴离子电解液中的提取量高。应当注意的是,随着电解温度的降低,γ’相的提取量明显增加,因而必须采用低温(0~5℃)电解。
It is discovered as we studied γ' phase analysis of a chromium-free FeNiCo-base superalloy that γ' phase in this alloy can be quantitatively extracted by the chloride electrolyte. In this paper it is further discovered that γ' phase in a FeNiCr-base superalloy can be extracted by the chloride electrolyte as well. The recovery of γ' phase got by this new method is higher than that by old ones. It is noted that the recovery will increase remarkably along with decreasing the electrolytic temperature. So the electrolytic extraction must be completed in lower temperature (0-5℃). The electrochemical mechanism of the increase has been known.
