摘要
通过测试不同V/Ti比条件下蠕墨铸铁玻璃模具材料的抗氧化及热疲劳性能,研究了蠕墨铸铁的钒、钛合金化工艺,并探讨了影响这些性能的因素。结果表明,在V、Ti变化范围内,V/Ti比为1.63时蠕墨铸铁具有较均匀的铁素体基体+蠕虫状石墨组织,以及良好的热物性。
The antioxidation and thermal fatigue resistance of vermicular graphite cast irons with different ratio of V/Ti were tested,which are the mold materials for glass forming.The technology of vanadium and titanium alloying was studied and the influencing factors on the properties were discussed.The results show that when the ratio of V/Ti is 1.63,the vermicular graphite cast iron has a more uniform structure of ferrite matrix+vermicular graphite,and good thermal properties.
