摘要
1984~1988年选用国产丙硫苯咪唑Albendazole在广西部份市、县对感染寄生蠕虫的11群共9409鸭进行驱虫效益试验,证明该药具有广谱、高效、低毒和驱虫经济效益高的特点。不同日龄和品种的家鸭口服20mg/kg剂量,对棘口科吸虫和膜壳科绦虫的精计驱虫率分别为91~100%和89~100%,口服15mg/kg剂量的精计驱虫率分别为91.4%和85.7%,120mg/kg剂量口服对前殖吸虫有85%的驱虫效果。口服剂量达120和180mg/kg, 未发现家鸭有不良反应。按20mg/kg(群估总重)剂量将药混入精料中喂服的对照驱虫率棘口科吸虫为96.8~100%,膜壳科绦虫为94.6~98.2%。 20mg/kg剂量口服驱虫后10~20天,试验组比对照组(不服药)增重16.6~62.5%;驱虫的经济补偿率为1:56~186 ;靖西大麻鸭26.46%,狄高鸭22.66%,北京鸭17.71%,广西小麻鸭1.02%;一次服药驱虫后第1O和20天的增重率分别为85.2%和29.5%,前期明显地高于后期;蛋鸭驱虫后能增加产蛋数8.9%和蛋重3.48%。
Albendazole has proved to be a broadspectrum, highly efficient, safe and cheap anthcmintic for ducks infected with Parasitic helminths.
When oral administration doses was 20mg/kg weight the anthelmintic efficacy of Albendazole were as follows, Hymenolepididae was 96.1%(89-100%), Echinostmatidae was 98.4%(91-100%), and 120mg/kg weight of Prosthogonimidae was 85%.
Alhendazole can be used for theraputic as well as Prophylactic purposes.After administrated to ducks of different species could be promoted on weight 35.9%(16.6-62.5%),the economic compensation was 1 : 56-186. The laying rate rose 8.9%(p<0.01)and the eggs weight rose 3.48%(P<0.02) for the laying ducks.
In order to control parasitic helminthasis of ducks the first admistration could be Practised at 20-25 days old and the next did after 15-20 days.
