摘要
介绍了用Ni- Ti 合金研制的一种新型医用支架。该医用支架无磁无毒、耐蚀耐磨,具有良好的生物相容性, 及手术操作简单, 遇热膨胀, 产生较大的超弹性和回复力, 可撑开狭窄区, 达到消除狭窄的目的。特别适用于食道、贲门、气管、胆道、尿道及肠道等狭窄部位的支撑。
An investigation and preparation of new medical trestle made of shape-memory nickel titanium alloy is introduced.This trestle has many advantages,such as non-magnetism and non-toxicity,corrosion/wear resistance,nice bio-compatability,simplified operational procedures,and bigger super elasticity and recovery stress generated by thermal expansion enabling narrow zone re-expanded to achieve the designed purpose,which,in particular,is suitable to supporting inside narrow zone of esophagus,trachea,cholanepipe,urethra and bowel etc.
