辣椒白绢病菌的生物学和生态学特性 被引量:11

摘要 在PDA上和上壤中的研究结果表明:辣椒白绢病菌Sclerotium rolfsii的分离物 Scr_4的最适菌核萌发和菌丝生长的温度范围为25~35℃和30~35℃,生长的上下限温度为10℃和42℃,在45℃下处理24小时后转到30℃下,菌核萌发率仍为100%,菌丝能恢复生长。在30℃下2天,菌核在pH为4.0~7.2时萌发最多,萌发率为99.33~10O%,以pH4.0~6.4萌发最快,24小时萌发率为91.34~1O0%;pH4.8~7.2时菌落直径最大,为61.67~65.67mm。在酸性(pH5.46)和碱性(pH8.46)的土壤中菌核萌发率较高,分别为30.67%和30.00%。菌核萌发和菌丝生长最适的土壤含水量分别为20~40%和50~60%,土壤含水量为35%死苗率最高。菌核萌发率和病害发生程度因土质而异,在C/N较高的粘壤土中,菌核萌发率和死苗率均较高。 Acording to the studies on Soil, it was showed that the optimal temperature range for Sclerotial germination and mycilial growth of isolate Scr4 of Sclerotium rolfsij were at 25-35CCCCC respectively, and the growth limited in 10CCCCC and 42CCCCCCC. The percentage of germination was still 100% and mycilial could recover to grow, after being kept at 45CCCCCCC for 24 hrs, then incubated at PH 4.0-7.2, after being incubated at 30CCCCC for 2 days. It germinated most fast at pH 4.0-6,4, the percentage of germination within 24 hrs was 91.34-100%, The largest diameter of colony (61.67-65.67mm)was occured between PH44.8-7.2. Sclerotia germinated more in sour (PH5.64) and alkaline(PH 8.46)soil,with a percentage of germination 30.67% and 30.00%.The optimal WHC for sclerotial germination and mycilial growth were 20-40% and 50-60% respectively, but the highest Percentage of dead seedling occured at 35% WHC. The number of sclerotial germination and disease development were significantly varied with soil texture. There were more sclerotial to germinate and dead in clay Ioam soil with higher C/N rabio.
