摘要
鲁宝钢管厂对热轧钢管进行拉伸试验测试时存在较大误差,分析其原因是试样加工精度差、拉伸速度不适当及试样夹持不牢,通过采取提高试样加工精度,调整拉伸速度,改进夹持装置等措施,提高了试验的准确性。
Because low working accuracy,improper tensile speed,and loose grip force for sample the measuring error of steel tube tensile test is large in Lubao steel tube plant.Through improvement above mentioned questions the accuracy of this test has been increased.
