K-CoxB-JN复方总多糖对阿霉素心肌损伤小鼠心肌酶的影响 被引量:1

K-CoxB-JN Polysaccharide Compound on Myocardial Injury Induced by Myocardial Enzyme

摘要 目的:探讨抗柯萨奇B病毒性心肌炎胶囊(K-CoxB-JN)复方总多糖(polysaccharide)对阿霉素(ADM)致心肌损伤小鼠心肌酶的影响。方法:注射ADM建立小鼠心肌损伤模型,随机平均分为7组,正常组,模型组,多糖高、中、低剂量组(给药剂量分别为4.4g/kg,2.2g/kg,1.1g/kg),原方水煎组(6g/kg)和心血康组(0.1g/kg),分别灌胃给予相应的药物,每天1次。给药第8天造模,24h后摘除眼球取血处死全部小鼠检测AST、ALT、CK、LDH、HBDH。结果:模型组五项心肌酶指标明显高于正常组(P<0.01)。与模型组比较各药物治疗组五项心肌酶有不同程度的降低,其中多糖高剂量组心肌酶明显降低(P<0.01)。结论:多糖对心肌损伤小鼠心肌酶的有抑制作用,呈现明显的量效关系。 Objective:To investigate the anti-Coxsackie B viral myocarditis capsule(K-CoxB-JN)with polysaccharide on adriamycin(ADM)which induced myocardial injury in mice with myocardial enzymes.Methods:Mice injected with ADM model of myocardial injury,were randomly divided into 7 groups,the normal group,model group,polysaccharides of high,medium and low dose group(administered dose of 4.4g/kg,2.2g/kg,1.1g/kg),the original party decoction group(6g/kg)and Xinxuekang group(0.1g/kg),given the appropriate drugs which were administered once a day.Administration on the 8th day modeling,24h after the removal of the eye all the mice were sacrificed blood testing AST,ALT,CK,LDH,HBDH.Result:The five parameters were significantly higher than the normal enzyme group(P0.01).Compared with model group,five of each treatment group had significantly lower enzyme,which enzyme polysaccharide significantly reduced the high dose group(P0.01).Conclusion:The polysaccharide which enzymes on myocardial are inhibited,showing a clear dose-effect relationship.
