摘要
文章从经筋气血理论及动静力平衡失调来综述颈椎病发病病理及针刀对神经根型颈椎病的治疗依据,概述了近年来针刀对神经根型颈椎病的治疗概况,认为"经筋失衡,气血失和"是神经根型颈椎病发生的根本病理机制。针刀能够松解了软组织、血管神经的粘连,疤痕和挛缩,达到"舒经理筋,调和气血,恢复平衡"的作用。针刀治疗神经根型颈椎病疗效明显,较好的临床疗效显示了针刀疗法的科学性和实用性。
Based on the meridian sinew qi and blood theory and the dynamic and static imbalance,the pathology of the Cervical spondylosis and the treatment basis of Cervical spondylosis of Nerve Root Type by akupotomye and the treatment situation in several years are described.And meridian sinew imbalance,disorder of qi and blood are the basic pathology for Cervical spondylosis of Nerve Root Type.Akupotomye can release the conglutination,scar and contracture of parenchyma,blood vessel and neural,so as to dredge meridian sinew,attemper qi and blood and restore the balance.It is significant of the treatment for Cervical spondylosis of Nerve Root Type by Akupotomye,the better clinical effect demonstrate the science and practical of Akupotomye.
