摘要
目的:考察不同释放度测定装置、不同转数和不同释放介质对五子衍宗丸丸物质组释放特性的影响及不同批号、不同厂家五子衍宗丸物质组释放特性。方法:运用中药物质(化合物)组释放动力学方法,以紫外吸收光谱法测定并计算各供试品溶液的物质组浓度及释放度。结果:溶出度测定条件为:采用浆法,转速100 r/min,以脱气蒸馏水为释放介质。测定结果显示:不同厂家或同一厂家不同批号物质组释放动力学特征存在显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:中药物质组释放动力学评价方法符合中医药的整体观,揭示了多组分中药及其复方制剂的释放动力学特征。
Objective:To optimize the best release test devices,rotation speeds and release mediums and to investigate the discrepancies in materiomic release kinetic profiles of Liuwei Dihuang pills of different batches produced by the same manufacture.Method:The method of materiomic release kinetics of TCM and UV-scan were applied to determine and calculate the materiomic release percentage of Liuwei Dihuang pills.Result:Paddle method with water as release medium,a rotation at 100 rpm was selectd.And the materiomic release kinetics has significant difference among the same manufacturer with different batch codes(P0.01).Conclusion:The evaluation methods of materiomic release kinetics of TCM consistented with the integrity concept of TCM and revealed the release kinetics profiles of compound preparations of multi-component TCM.
