多轴疲劳的应变—寿命曲线 被引量:13

摘要 用局部应力应变法进行疲劳寿命估算,必须使用应变—寿命曲线。单轴疲劳的应变—寿命曲线,对疲劳研究人员已是众所周知,而多轴疲劳的应变—寿命曲线则还很少进行研究。本文就泊松比在弹性应力状态和塑性应力状态下对多轴疲劳应变—寿命曲线的不同影响进行了研究,并应用第四强度理论和第三强度理论,推导出多轴疲劳的应变寿命曲线,提供了其参数的确定方法。这种应变—寿命曲线适用于结构钢和软钢等延性材料多轴疲劳下的局部应力—应变法寿命估算。 The strain—life curves are essential in order to apply the local stress strain approach for fatigue life prediction. The strain—life curve under uniaxial fatigue is best known as Manson Coffin equation. However, the corresponding strain—life curve under multi axial fatigue are less studied. Based on the fourth and the third strength theories, the author first discussed the influence of Poisson ratio to elastic component and to plastic component, then derived the strain—life equations for multi axial fatigue. The formulae for paramaters appeared in those curves are also given in the paper. The derived curves are convenient and applicable to ductile materials such as structural steels and mild steels.
