摘要
利用光塑性方法模拟研究复合挤压变形,获得变形区的全场应变分布曲线;分析材料的流动规律,将变形体分为挤压型变形区、镦粗型变形区和刚性区3个特征区域。建立上限模型,分析模具几何参数对复合挤压变形的影响。
The deformation law of combined extrusion was studied by the photoplastic method.The strain distribution in the whole deformation zone was obtained. It is shown that there were three special deformation zones in the specimen.On the basis of the results,the upper bound model was established and the influence of all geometric factors on the deformation was analysed.The results show that the diameters of the die and forming exit play more important role on combined extrusion.
