摘要
在棉花综合育种中,将多抗选择、相互交配、分裂交配和轮回选择法融为一体,能同时获得对主要病害及虫害的稳定抗(耐)性;能够较为有效地打破丰产性、抗性和纤维品质之间的不利连锁,从而释放出许多有利的潜在变异,扩大育种群体的遗传变异幅度,产生出超越亲本的新类型;能强化优良性状的重组,提高育种效率,实现育成品种的多抗、优质、丰产等综合效应。
A new method for cotton synthetic breeding is provided, by combining multi-adversity-resistance selection with divergent crossing, multiple reciprocal crossing and recurrent selection, this population improvement method can strenghhen recombination of good characters, improve the breeding effictency and breed new cultivars(lines) with multi ad versity-resisiance, high production and satisfactorr textile quality.
