摘要
用DTPA法提取紫色土Zn、Gu、Fe、Mn表明,浸提温度与提取量之间呈线性相关。采用回归曲线校正法可以将5～40℃范围内所测结果校正至25℃的提取量,以便进行统一比较。
The study showed that Zn、Cu、Fe and Mn extracted with DTPA from purple soils were significantly influenced by the extracted temperatuer. The correlation between the temperature and extracted amount was linear. The data of soil DTPA-Zn、Cu、 Fe、Mn hould be corrected to 25℃ by using the regress equation within 5～40℃.
