摘要
本文采用Iwao的方法,研究分析了苹果全爪螨种群的最佳抽样数,并对常见的几种抽样方法进行数理统计分析,从而得出树冠各方位的内层为最佳抽样部位。在精确度为0.1时,一般果园取样3株,每样方56叶。
The number of optimum sampling of European Red Mite populutionfrom apple orchard was conducted using Iwao method,and 3 kinds ofsampling methods were compared with statistical analysis.The resultsindicated that the inside of crown is better for sampling than the otherpositions in apple tree.When preciseness level is 0.1,the optimum sam-piing numbers are 56 leaves each sampling set,total about 3 trees fromone apple orchard.
