摘要
神华河北国华定洲发电有限责任公司600MW机组锅炉在改用低热值煤后,按照原设计磨煤机"五运一备"的运行方式,已无法满足机组满负荷时所需燃煤量。本文通过对单台磨煤机磨盘、磨辊等主要部件的技术改造,增加了单台磨煤机的出力,降低了磨煤机的单耗,从而达到节能降耗的目的,是国内同类型磨煤机增加出力改造的成功实践。
In Hebei Guohua Dingzhou Power Generation Co.,Ltd.,when the 600 MW boiler units burn coal of low heat value,operating of five coal pulverizers cannot produce sufficient coal required for units＇full load.Introduced based on single micropipette grinding roller mill,the main components of technical renovation,increased output of the single machine,reduced the coal pulverizer consumption,so as to achieve the purpose of energy consumption.Is the same type pulverizer increase domestic output transformation of successful practice.
