摘要
大学生就业难的问题日益引起人们的关注。大学生就业指导工作能够缓解大学生就业的困境,有利于维护社会的稳定、经济的发展。目前,我国高校大学生就业指导工作尚处于起步阶段,还存在很多不足,大学生就业指导工作具有重要意义。此项工作要注重培养师资队伍、完善就业指导体系和加强创业教育等。
The problems of university students＇ employment are arousing people＇s attention increasingly,career guidance of college student s＇ hunting job could alleviate the current difficulties in employment of university students and conducive to maintain social stability and economic development.Career guidance of college student s＇ hunting job is in the initial stage and there are lots of disadvantages exist,so it is very important.Career guidance of college students＇ hunting job should pay attention to train teachers＇ group,perfect our employment guide work and enhance the education of Carve-out.
