摘要
^(60)Co—γ射线辐射大麦种子后,对生长有抑制作用。根尖和花粉母细胞的细胞畸变率与剂量呈显著线性正相关。幼苗过氧化物酶同工酶酶谱出现明显的剂量效应,酯酶对辐射的敏感性远不如过氧化物酶。在育种中,γ射线辐射大麦干种子的最适辐照剂量为25—30krad。
The dose effect on morphology,cytology and isoenzyme were investi-gated after dry seeds of Hordeurn valgare L.were radiated.The height ofseedings and the length of roots were restricted.But the rate of sterilitywas increased.There was a significant positive relation between the doesand the percentage of the micronuleus cell or the percentage of the chro-mosome aberration.The isoenzyme of peroxidase showed obviously moreeffective in dose than that of the esterase isoenzyme.The most suitableradiative dose on barly was 25—30 krad.
