摘要
奥美拉唑系质子泵抑制剂,具有磺酰基苯并咪唑化学结构,配伍禁忌多,稳定性受溶液pH值、光线、金属离子、温度等多种因素的影响,特别是在酸性条件时,奥美拉唑化学结构易发生变化,出现聚合和变色现象。笔者根据其实际工作经验及文献检索,分析了注射用奥美拉唑钠的变色原因及在临床使用中的注意事项。
Omeprazole is a proton pump inhibitor,with a sulfonyl benzimidazole structure,having many incompatibilities and stability is influenced by pH,light,metal ions,temperature and other factors.The chemical structure of omeprazole is easy to change especially in acidic conditions,and phenomenon of polymerization and discoloration appeared.Based on work experience and literature search,author analyzed the reasons for the discoloration of Omeprazole Sodium for Injection and the annaouncements in clinical application.
