摘要
中国共产党战时创办高等教育,适应了这个历史时代不同时期的客观需要和战争艰苦环境条件,围绕"培养什么人"和"怎样培养人"的问题进行探索,坚持在战争中学习战争的基本方略,发扬革命精神、科学精神、批判精神、创新精神和艰苦奋斗精神,"人才兴党""人才兴军""教育救国"是创办高等教育的基本经验,这是一笔价值颇丰的宝贵历史文化遗产,对于我国当前高等教育的改革和发展、建设高等教育强国具有指导价值。
In order to meet the objective requirements of different stages during the warring period, the Communist Party of China （CPC） created tertiary education, which was suitable to the harsh environmental conditions. CPC made the exploration into the issues of ＂what kind people to train＂ and ＂how to train people＂, persisting in learning the fundamental warring strategies from actual wars, and developing the revolutionary spirit, critical spirit, creative spirit and hardworking spirit. ＂To revive CPC by employing talents＂, ＂to revive the army by employing talents＂ and ＂to revive the country by employing talents＂ are the basic experience of CPC to establish tertiary education, which is a priceless historical and cultural heritage, with the guiding value for the reform and development of tertiary education of China and for the construction of China into a power of tertiary education.
