介入封堵左冠状动脉左室瘘1例 被引量：1

摘要 冠状动脉瘘（coronary artery fistula,CAF）是一类少见的先天性心血管畸形,是冠状动脉主干或其分支与某一心腔或大血管之间存在的异常交通。CAF最常见的引流部位是右心系统（右心房、右心室或肺动脉）,约占90%。引流至左心系统（左心室或左心房）者较为罕见。我院最近收治1例左冠状动脉左室瘘患者，并成功行介入封堵，报道如下。
