摘要
目的:探讨高频彩色多普勒超声检测精索静脉曲张(Varicocele,VC)患者精索静脉管径与多普勒参数的相关性。方法:彩色多普勒超声检测30例正常人及80例VC患者,记录精索静脉在平静呼吸时最大内径(DR)及Valsalva试验时的最大内径(DV)、最大返流速度(Vmax)及返流持续时间(TR)。根据管径大小将VC分为亚临床型精索静脉曲张(SVC)和临床型精索静脉曲张(VC)Ⅰ级、Ⅱ级和Ⅲ级共4级。结果:各VC组的DR、DV、Vmax、TR测值均较对照组增高和/或明显增高,差异均有显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论:精索静脉管径与血流多普勒参数的相关性分析对VC患者的诊断和治疗有重要的临床价值。
Objective：To explore the relationship between the spermatic vein caliber and Doppler parameter in patients with Varicocele（VC） by high frequency color Doppler ultrasound.Methods：80 patients with VC and 30 healthy individuals underwent high frequency color Doppler ultrasound.The spermatic vein maximum diameter（DR）,the maximum within the Valsalva test（DV）,the largest counter-flow velocity（Vmax）,and the reflux duration（TR） were recorded in the quiet breathing status.According to diameter size,VC was divided into subclinical VC and the clinical-type varicocele VC.The latter was subdivided into another three grades,i.e.,gradeⅠ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ.Results：The values of DR,DV,Vmax,and TR in VC group were higher than those in the control group.The differences were statistically significant（P〈0.01）.Conclusion：Analyses of the correlation between the spermatic vein diameter and Doppler parameters has important value in the diagnosis and treatment of patients with VC.
