摘要
本文以电池电动势的组成为基础，从两方面详细分析比较了电极电势与金属—溶液界面电位差的意义及其表达式。
On the basis of the process of cell potential constraction,through detailed two aspect analysis and comparison of the meanings and expressions of electrode potential and potential difference on metal-solution interface,this article comes to a conclusion that they are completely different concepts.
