摘要
本文研究了利用薄层树脂相通过光度法测定痕量铁的新方法.Fe3 + 在pH= 2 .0 的HCl 介质中与磺基水杨酸形成稳定的紫色络合物,将其富集在H+ 型(732 # ) 阳离子交换树脂上,将着色的树脂制成薄层直接测定.本法操作简便,装皿容易,选择性好,适用于天然水中痕量铁的测定.
A new anaytical method for direct thin layer resin phase spctro photometry determination of trace iron has been developed.A Colorful complex was obtained by the reaction between Fe 3+ ion and sulphosalicylic acid in hydrochloric acid medium of pH 1.5~3.0 and then enriched on cationic exchang resin (732 #). The concentration of iron was directly determined on a thin layer of the iron enriched actionic exchange resin.The proposed method is rapid,sensitive and selective,It has been used to determine iron in water and satisfactory results were obtained.
