摘要
采用温度漂移相互补偿输入失调参数的独特比较器及零温度系数的基准电压源,以实现低温度漂移的电压调整器输出特性,对已研制成的高精度集成电压调整器进行了分析.
The output characteistic of low temperatue drift of the voltage regulator is realized by using a special comparator which mutually indemnifies the input offset parameter through the temperature drift and voltage reference source of zero temperature factor, and a high precision voltage regulator made by the technique is analyzed.
