摘要
新疆属干旱半干旱区,水资源能否合理开发利用是新疆实现可持续发展的关键。以2007年新疆水资源利用数据为基础,对新疆各项水资源开发利用指标进行了分析,并采用集对分析法对新疆水资源的开发利用程度进行了评价,结论是新疆水资源利用现处于初级水平,但同时又表现出了一定的不协调性,主要为用水结构和管理的不协调,其中又以东疆和南疆较突出。
Xinjiang,an arid and semi-arid regions,water resources development and utilization can reasonably achieve in Xinjiang is the key to sustainable development.In this paper,in 2007 Xinjiang＇s water resources utilization data,Xinjiang＇s water resources development and utilization indicators analyzed,Set right and using analysis of the development of water resources in Xinjiang use to evaluate the extent,Conclusion use of water resources in Xinjiang is now at the primary level,but also showed some degree of disharmony,with the south and the east of Xinjiang,more prominent,mainly for water management structures and the lack of co-ordination.
