糖尿病患者尿蛋白排泄率与脉搏波传导速度的关系

摘要 目的探讨2型糖尿病(type 2diabetic mellitus,T2DM)患者尿蛋白排泄率(urinary albamin excretionrate,UAER)与颈股动脉脉搏波传导速度(carotid-femoral pulse wave velocity,CF-PWV)的关系。方法 2007年1月～2010年11月,将112例T2DM患者按UAER分为两组,A组(UAER<20μg/min)及B组(UAER>20μg/min)各56例,分别测CF-PWV。结果两组CF-PWV分别为(11.72±3.67)、(14.25±4.23)m/s,差异有统计学意义(t=3.381,P=0.001)。结论 T2DM患者中,UAER增高者CF-PWV明显增高,提示动脉粥样硬化程度与糖尿病肾病的严重程度相关。
