摘要
大力发展高职教育是欠发达地区实现经济跨越式发展的重要举措,但由于观念、体制及投入等方面的原因,广东省欠发达地区高职教育发展与其承担的作用极不相称;欠发达地区高职院校只有置身于经济建设主战场,利用省委省政府出台的"双转移"战略,对自身办学进行准确定位,采取更为灵活的办学和教学方式,优化师生队伍建设,培养市场亟需的人才,才能实现自身又好又快的发展。
Developing vocational and technical education is an important measure to achieve economic development in less developed areas. But, because of concept, system, investment, ere, the development of the higher vocational and technical education is very disproportionate to the role it is undertaking. Therefore, vocational and technical colleges in these areas should orientate accurately and adopt more flexible methods, placing themselves in the field of economic development and using the ＂double shift ＂strategy advanced hy the pro- vincial government, so as to achieve sound and fast development.
