摘要
县域经济在国民经济体系中占有重要地位。莱西、平度市应以发展高端特色品牌农业作为经济跨越式发展的基础,以培育园区经济、加速推进新型工业化为经济跨越式发展的主导力,以科技进步、提升自主创新能力为经济发展的推动力,以良好的生态环境和创投环境为经济发展的环境力,以"科技发展"、"国际化"、"城乡统筹"、"蓝色经济"和"可持续发展"五大战略为战略支撑点,深化体制改革,转变政府职能,创新经济发展模式,构建新型产业集群,明确定位特色经济,深挖两市经济的发展潜力,实现经济社会的跨越式发展。
County economy plays an important role in national economy system.The county-level cities,like Laixi and Pingdu,should take the development of agriculture with high-end characteristic as the foundation of the economic development;take the cultivation of garden economy,acceleration of the new-type industrialization as the leading force of the great-leap-forward development of economy;take the scientific and technological progress and the enhancing of innovative ability as the driving force of economic development;take good ecological environment and venture capital investment environment as the environment power of the economic development;take the five strategies of ＂development of science and technology＂,＂internationalization＂,＂balance of urban and rural development＂,＂blue economy＂ and ＂sustainable development＂ as the strategic support,to deepen the systematic reformation,change the government functions,innovate the pattern of economic development,construct the new industry clusters,make clear the orientation of characteristic economy,excavate deep into the potential of economic development of the two cities,and realize the leapfrog development of an economic society.
