摘要
采用砂培试验方法,研究了不同氮素水平(N0、N105、N210、N315和N420)接种12531和LW107根瘤菌对甘农3号紫花苜蓿生长特性的影响。结果表明:紫花苜蓿的株高随氮素水平增加呈先增加后趋于稳定的趋势;紫花苜蓿单株叶片数、单叶面积、地上部和地下部干重、根冠比均随氮素水平的增大呈先增加后降低趋势;紫花苜蓿的根长随氮素水平的增大呈下降的趋势。总体表明,当氮素水平为210 mg/L时,甘农3号紫花苜蓿生长较好。
The sand culture was used to study the effects of different nitrogen levels(N0,N105,N210,N315 and N420)on the growth characteristics of alfalfa(cultivar No.3,Gannong)inoculated with rhizobia 12531 and LW107.The results showed that plant height increased firstly and then stabilized as the increase of nitrogen lev-els.The number and area of leaf per plant,shoot and root dry weight,root/shoot ratio,and root length increased firstly and then declined as the increase of nitrogen levels.In general,there was a good growth of alfalfa(cultivar Gannong 3)with the nitrogen level at 210 mg/L.
