摘要
针对煤化工企业中苯储罐的泄漏问题,以河南神马尼龙化工厂苯储罐区为例,对苯储罐泄漏过程中的绕流特性进行数值模拟,并分别就单个罐体和多罐体罐区的涡量和速度矢量进行求解,结果表明:单个罐体的涡量衰减较慢,蒸气云团在尾流区产生乱流;而多罐体罐区周围出现偏流现象,涡激共振现象严重,同时尾流场存在明显的滞止区。
Based on the problems of benzene tank leakage in a chemical factory, the turbulent flow for benzene tank leakage is simulated in Henan Shenma Nylon Chemical Co., Ltd, vorticity and velocity vector is solved for single tank and tank area .The results show that vorticity around single tank decays slowly, and the turbulence is formed in wake region; the bend flow and vortex-induced vibration is appeared around the tank area, at the same time, apparent stagnation zone is emerged.
