LASIK手术对人眼横向色差的影响研究

摘要 研究了LASIK手术对人眼横向色差的影响.根据实际测量的10只眼的角膜地形图数据、眼轴长度和全眼波前像差,结合Zemax光学设计软件,分别构建了手术前和手术后考虑视轴方向的个体化眼模型,研究手术带来的横向色差的改变.结果表明横向色差的变化主要取决于角膜面型的对称性,对称性改善越多,横向色差越小,为评价术后视觉质量提供了很好的参考价值. The properties of the transverse chromatic aberration(TCA) after the LASIK refractive surgery based on the individual eye model involving the angle between visual axis and optical axis is researched in this study.The individual eye models before and after LASIK refractive surgery are constructed for 10 eyes by using ZEMAX optic design software,while the angle between the visual axis and optical axis is calculated from the data of the anterior corneal surface.The change of the TCA is depending on the symmetrical characteristic of the surface of cornea.This research is very meaningful for the studies of the postoperative visual quality.
