摘要
目的观察定点顿拉手法结合银质针治疗臀上皮神经疼痛的临床疗效。方法将180例臀上皮神经痛症患者随机分成2组,治疗组120例,采用定点顿拉手法结合银质针的治疗方法,对照组60例,采用压痛点神经阻滞的治疗方法,在治疗结束后1周、1年随访2次,观察近期和远期的临床疗效。结果治疗结束后1周随访,治疗组总有效率100%;对照组总有效率93.7%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗结束后1年随访,治疗组总有效率98.4%,对照组总有效率57.1%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论定点顿拉手法结合银质针疗法能够缓解臀上皮神经周围肌肉、肌腱的痉挛,消除无菌性炎症、水肿及粘连,恢复臀上皮神经正常的解剖位置,纠正腰臀部生物力学平衡,缓解疼痛,疗效确切。
Objective To observe the effect to treating pain in superior clunial nerves through paroxysmal pulling manipulation of fixed-point unite silver needle.Methods 180 cases were divided into 2 groups.120 cases of treatment group used the paroxysmal pulling manipulation of fixed-point unite silver needle,60 cases of control group used the nerve block of pressure pain point,after treatment,followed-up 2 times in 1 week and 1 year,observed clinical curative effect of recent and long-term.Results After the treatment had ended 1 week revisit,treatment group total effective power was 100%,control group total effective power was 93.7%,there was no difference significance（P〉0.05）.After the treatment had ended 1 year revisit,treatment group total effective power was 98.4%,control group total effective power was 57.1%,the total effective had remarkable difference between 2 groups（P〈0.01）.Conclusion Paroxysmal pulling manipulation of fixed-point unite silver needle can relieve effectively around the superior clunial nerves the muscle,the tendon convulsion,eliminating aseptic inflammation,edema and adhesion,restore normal superior clunial nerves anatomical position,correction waist buttocks balance of biomechanics,release ache,the curative effect is striking.
