详细地介绍了用Harr变换对暂态信号进行分解和重构的方法。该法易于根据需要，在重构时突出信号的基本概况或某些细节。与其他变换相比，易于掌握，计算量少。由文中计算实例来看，该法值得进一步研究。
This paper introduces the decomposition and reconstruction method for transient signal analysis by Harr trans form in detail. It's easy to get the local or global features from the analyzed signal during the reconstruction process. Compared with other transform methods, Harr transform is easier to grasp, and has less computation work, The computation example in this paper shows that this method is worthy, of further study.
