摘要
本文根据作者参加某热电厂管理信息系统（ＭＩＳ）设计体会，分析论述了电力企业的管理特点及与之相适应的信息系统设计原则，介绍了具体系统的组成和体系结构，以及底层网络、数据库系统设计的策略。
According to the practice in design of a managing-information system(MIS),this paper analyses the electricity enterprise's management features,and the corresponding rules for information system design.Base them,system configuration,architecture and the detail of network or database are introduced.
