摘要
研究了闽楠扦插育苗中不同穗条母树年龄、不同扦插基质、生根剂、不同扦插时间对生根率的影响,结果表明:采条母树龄、扦插基质和扦插时间对扦插生根率影响较大;1a生穗条扦插生根率远大于3a生及5a生穗条苗;不同扦插基质对插穗生根的作用效果差异显著;砻糠灰通透性强,生根最快,成活率最高,且在后期生长上均有较佳表现;2～3月份的扦插生根率为最高。
This paper systematically study the effects of different scions age,cutting substrate and rooting powder on rooting rate in seeding culture of Phoebe nee.The result show,mother tree seeding age,cutting substrate and cutting time have larger effects on rooting rate.This study show that rooting rate of current scions far more large than three years and five years.It is obvious difference effect of act of different cutting substrate on rooting.Have large penetrating nature,fast rooting,largest of survival rate,and have better show in late period of grow,the cutting rooting rate of 2-3 months is best.
