摘要
本文介绍了宝钢二期工程2050热轧厂和三期工程1580热轧厂的轧钢电动机的使用情况和反采用的调速技术,着重阐述了三期1580热轧中由日本三菱公司提供的MELVEC-3000变频调速装置。通过对比,指出了随着交流调速技术的发展,交流机逐渐取代直流机成为轧钢用主要电动机这一趋势。
This paper introduces the electric motor and its SR technics in Baoshan Hot-rolling Plant. The emphasis is on the MELVEC-3000 VF SR instrument. The tendency of substituting AC motor for DC motor in steel Tolling is presented.
