不同处理对红姜花与金姜花杂交结实率的影响 被引量:1

Effects of different treatments on the fruit set of cross-pollination between Hedychium coccineum and H. gardnerianum

摘要 为创造新的种质资源、提高红姜花与金姜花杂交育种工作效率。通过对红姜花与金姜花进行杂交试验,研究了不同授粉处理方法对杂交结实率的影响。结果表明:不同处理的杂交结实率存在一定差异,傍晚开花前对母本去雄,立即于16:30~18:30授粉可有效提高杂交结实率。 In order to create new germplasm resources and improve the hybridization efficiency of Hedychium coccineum and H.gardnerianum,different pollination conditions were dealed with,which effecting the fruit set of cross-pollination between H.coccineum and H.gardnerianum.Results indicated that pollination at bud stages and at 16:30~18:30 PM were the optimized pollination conditions which could achieve high fruit set.
