摘要
针对目前国内配网自动化实施方案和其优缺点进行分析,可以看出方案各有特点。虽然都可以起到自动隔离故障、提高供电可靠性的作用,但是在故障的处理时间、效果以及对保护通信的依赖等方面都存在差异。结合开展10 kV 架空线路实施配网自动化的研究工作,提出了能隔离相间及单相接地故障的辐射网和环网自动化试点方案。
Based on the analysis ofthe advantagesand disadvantages ofdifferentschemesofpower distribution system automationin China ,itis concludedthateach scheme hasits ownfeatures.Allofthem can automatical ly isolatefaults and improve powersupply reliability ,butthey have great differencein faultrecovery time and effect,and also their dependence on protection and communication . Combining the research work of 10 kV power distributionline automation,atrialscheme ofradiated network and ring network is presented,whichiso latesinterphasefaultand phase earth fault.
