从配电管理系统（ＤＭＳ） 的定义及项目实施目的出发，对ＤＭＳ系统实施的设计原则、应用范围和其功能设计进行了论述，是宁波城网改造项目中所进行的该系统国际招标、谈判等工作的一个阶段性技术总结。
