摘要
研究了温度和自由基清除剂的含量与聚乙烯试样的电树枝起始电压的关系,聚丙烯薄膜的电老化过程中,在双对数坐标下,自由基粒子数密度n和击穿强度分别随老化时间线性增加和减小。n可作为评定聚合物电老化和最终破坏的一个重要参数。自由基清除剂能有效地提高聚乙烯的高温电树枝起始电压。
It can reduce the descending of treeing initiationvoltage with temperature rise. The initiation voltage isgreatly increased at high temperature for pure low densitypolyethylene (LDPE ). Moreover, temperature and concen-tration effects of the frce radical scavenger on the treeinginitiation voltage of PE samples are studied respectively. Itis found that in logarithmic coordinate, the free radical den-sities increase and the breakdown strengths decrease linearlywith the electrical aging time in polypropylene (PP) film.The free radical density can be considered as a major indica-tion for the aging and eventual failure of polymers. In orderto enhance the long-term-withstand-strength in polymer,the free radical scavenger is added.
