摘要
社会企业是一种社会创新的企业形式,它以商业运营为手段、以社会使命为驱动,是社会公益与市场经济有机结合的产物,日益成为解决社会问题和促进社会发展的一种重要机制和创新模式。社会企业在西方已经发展了二十多年,但在中国内地,社会企业尚处于探索阶段。因此,在借鉴世界社会企业发展先进经验的基础上,有必要探索建立和完善促进我国社会企业发展的有效运行机制,使其成为推动社会可持续发展与和谐社会建设的重要力量。
Social Enterprise is a form of social innovation business,which a commercial operation as a means to social mission-driven,is a product of integration of social and market economy,increasingly become a social problem solution and an important mechanism to promote social development and the innovation model.Social Enterprise in the West have developed more than 20 years,but in the Mainland of China,Social Enterprise is still in the exploratory phase,therefore,draw on Social Enterprise development on the basis of advanced experience in the world,exploring the establishment and effective operation mechanism perfection to promote the development of Social Enterprises,making it the important force in promoting social development and the construction of a harmonious society.
