Optimization Design Method for Drag Reduction over Riblet Structure

摘要 探索了利用iS IGHT软件对回转体脊状表面的脊状结构高度进行优化的方法,并对优化得出的高度与其他高度下各回转体脊状表面进行了数值模拟仿真,发现了高度对回转体脊状表面减阻效果的影响规律。针对回转体脊状表面的流场特性,在进行数值仿真时合理选择了计算流域、计算网格及边界条件。仿真结果表明:脊状结构高度h=0.017 mm时,减阻效果最好;在同一速度下,相对光滑表面而言,回转体脊状表面所受的压差阻力略有增大,但占总阻力份额80%以上的粘性阻力显著降低,从而形成减阻效果。 Optimization method about the height of gyroidal object riblet surface through iSIGHT was explored. The numerical simulation about the riblet surfaces with the optimized height and other different heights have been carried out. Some rules about riblet surface's drag reduction effect influenced by size of riblet structure are found out. Based on the characteristic of riblet surface's flow field of gyroidal object, computation model, region, grids and boundary condition are dealt with reasonably. The results of simulation show that drag reduction effect reaches the best while the height of the riblet structure is 0. 017 mm and at the same velocity pressure drag of riblet surfaces increases slightly and viscous drag, which is 80% of total drag, reduces remarkably compared with smooth surfaces, so it makes drag reduction effect.
